Late & Rescheduling Policy:
Time Is Key So Please Be On Time To Your Photoshoot Session. If You Are 15 Minutes Late; There Will Be A  $20 Charge Added To Your Balance. After 25 Minutes, There Will Be A $40 Charge Added  To Your Balance. Anything Beyond 30 Minutes Needs To Be Rescheduled. (At That Point You Will Be Responsible For The Studio/Location Booking Fee If Any)

If You Are Booking For An Event And Running Behind Schedule.
We Are Not Responsible Unless It Was Discussed Prior To Arrival.
At That Point, You May Add On Time If Scheduling Permits.

Bookings Beyond 35 Miles From The Zipcode 33025 Carry A $35 Charge + $1(Total Miles After).

Bookings Outside Of The Florida  Client Will Be

FAQ

Q: What do I need to do to book a shoot with DLMG?

A: We ask that all our clients visit our "Book Service" and select the package from the category that best fits them. If nothing really caters to your needs; please email us to further discuss your service.

Q: Okay, I've booked my shoot. Is there anything I should do prior to arriving?

A: We strongly suggest you have ample time between anything required to your shoot. Such as makeup and haircut or hairstyle appointments. This could delay your arrival to the designated location. 

Q: What about props? Is that included?

A: Most studios provide standard props but the some may require payment for us depending on the item(s). This is why the intake form as your booking your session is very important. Anything outside of the studio needed to execute your desire shoot will need to be sourced.

Q: How is the process after the shoot? How long before I get my edits?

A: After your experience with us, we will provide you with a link that will be sent via email. You will then be given details as to how you select your photos that will be edited. The site will also allow you to make print orders for your photos. The editing process takes 7-10 days but can be expedited by opting in for the rush fee. 

Q: I can't make it to my shoot for time/date that I booked. What happens now?

A: Depending on the circumstances your shoot can be transferred to a later date but if you have any conflicting situation it must be made aware to us within 72hrs. Anything later than that will result in you needing to rebook your deposit again as we've lost the opportunity to use the studio location. 

Q: Is there anything else I need to know?

A: Just bring the vibes and energy! We love clients who are excited to trust us with their vision. Bring a friend...friends always help you with your confidence. lastly, don't be late....I would want to rush art...and that's what I consider our session. Get ready for the experience.
